Online Movie Nights
Romedia Foundation started a weekly movie night on the social media platforms. People could see episodes of the Mundi Romani series from week to week.

Online Training: Countering Online Hate Against Roma
Romedia Foundation was part of the Minority Rights Group’s Freedom From Hate project. The project focused on phenomenon of hate speech against Roma communities. Our aim was to increase Roma people visibility on social media platforms to fight against online hate speech.

RomArchive wins Grimme Online Award 2020
On June 25, 2020, RomArchive won the prestigious Grimme Online Award 2020 in the category "Knowledge and Education". This award honors educational programs that provide content relevant to the general public and serve to educate, advise and inform society. Romedia Foundation, as the organisation responsible for the Film Section of the RomArchive is honored by the award.

On 2nd August, Agnes Daroczi founder of Romedia Foundation commemorated the victims of the Roma Holocaust on the International Roma Holocaust Remembrance Day in Budapest.

BUVERO media workshop for Roma women, hybrid event
Romedia Foundation successfully implemented the BUVERO media workshop between 12-16 August, 2020 for Romani girls and young women with the participation of 14 individuals, in line with the necessary safety measures that COVID-19 necessitated in 2020.

Romedia Foundation's Executive Director, Bársony Katalin gave a lecture at CEU Romani Studies Program in the framework of CEU Bibó István Szabadegyetem. A free and open online seminar titled ”From the 'Gypsy Problem' to Romani Emancipation in Hungarian”.

Human Rights Film Days, online event
Romedia Foundation successfully organized and held a free, online film festival during December 2020, purposefully tied to Human Rights Day. The two-day screenings and panel discussions drew an international audience. The aim of the film days is to present Romani Filmmakers work to the Hungarain.
